A comical version of a classic trick. Easy to do!

Three cards are fanned and shown face up - two black tens and a three of diamonds. The three is in the middle of the tens. The cards are turned face down and mixed. The spectator is asked to select the three. Pretending not to hear the spectator well, the magician says, "Did you say 'tree' of diamonds?" The selected card is turned over to reveal a picture of a Tree of Diamonds!

Still a classic!

I have had a similar trick in the past, and this one is just as good. I carry it in one of the TCC wallets along with another simple card trick from one of my other decks. It is a hit every time!

Still as comical as when I was much much younger!

I had this trick as a teen magician back in the 1960's. I think it was a "Fox Lake" version. This version has Bicycle backs which makes it nice to pull out a regular Bicycle deck and perform.

This trick still fools non-magicians and gets a laugh from the pun.
