Shipping & Returns
Most items ship within 1-2 business days and all packages will have tracking. USPS is our primary carrier, and shipping times are estimates only. Processing may be delayed during holidays, sale events, or other unforeseen circumstances. If you have a preferred shipping method or require next-day delivery, please contact us. Express mail is the only service with a guaranteed delivery time.
In the event a package is damaged upon arrival, we will replace the item. Please note that while we cannot be held responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered, you are able to file a claim directly with USPS using the included insurance provided through the Ground Advantage service we use. If you need assistance with documentation, we’re happy to provide the necessary shipping details. If you prefer signature upon delivery, please select that option at checkout.
USA
FREE economy shipping on orders over $45, transit time is 3 - 6 business days. Orders must have a subtotal of at least $45 after all discounts are factored in to qualify for free shipping.
Shipping cost is calculated on shipping method and weight. 1st class transit time is 3 - 5 business days, priority is 2 - 3 business days and express is 1 - 2 business days.
International
Cost is based on weight and destination calculated at check out. Customer is responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or any other fees collected by your local government. Shipping costs are non-refundable for any reason. Packages returned for any reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Orders may take up to 5 days to process. Transit time is estimated between 2 - 5 weeks depending on location, but could be delayed due to customs or other unforeseen circumstances. If you have any special instructions for the customs form please make an order note.
Easy 30 Day Returns: Within 30 days of receiving an item, you may return it unopened for a refund, subject to the following limitations.
- Shipping fees are not eligible for refund and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Orders over $100 are subject to a restocking fee of 15%
- Only items in new unopened condition are eligible for a refund of the product price, less the restocking fee noted above if applicable. Items that have been opened are not eligible for refund.
- To initiate a refund, please email us your order number and return tracking number. We will process your return within two weeks of our receiving the return shipment.
