PCD 5th Anniversary Playing Cards

A July 2022 Pip Box Club Selection - For more information on joining Pip Box Club click here

A special limited deck to commemorate the 5th anniversary of PlayingCardDecks.com, often referred to as PCD.

Franken decks have been one of our most popular items at PCD, which are created by assembling a complete deck from cards from all different decks, a very time consuming process. So we decided to create a printed franken deck from our favorite decks we have produced and collaborated on from our first 5 years. This deck has 56 different backs and faces!

This deck is a must have for collectors, especially single card collectors. Many of the cards in this deck are from sold out favorites. These decks can also be used for casual card games such as solitaire and war, as well as a rainbow deck for magicians and a colorful eclectic deck for cardistry.

Special thanks to the USPCC custom division for their assistance in making this deck.

Love this deck! Consistent feel and quality for a Frankendeck! Makes for a beautiful display, and what a way to grab interest. The thing that really puts them over the top is the range of beautiful decks represented by this collection. A dream for single card collectors!

A Piece of History

Like everyone else on this site, I love Frankendecks. Like a lot of other people on this site, I love the PCD original designs. It's really nice to see some of the designs that came up before I started collecting. It also feels great - a lot of Frankendeck cards are either uncut corner samples or bridge sized cards, sometimes different finishes. Not this one - everything is specifically designed to feel great because they're on the same sheet.

I think the uncut sheet is the better choice for this one if you're not aiming to do cardistry/magic related stuff with it - it's really a gorgeous piece of work. Obviously it's not a playable deck, even though it feels like one.
