Excellent Customer Service

My decks came exactly expected and prices were even better than I was expecting. The only issue was that a couple of the decks I ordered were swapped for a couple I didn't. No big deal - similarly named decks, it was easy human mistake to make. After calling PCD to notify them of the mistake I was pleasantly greeted with a real person on site! They quickly verified that what I was saying was incorrect about the order matched their records and inventory (completely reasonable and sensible checks to protect themselves from potential scammers) they had the correct decks in the mail the next day. I will definitely keep PCD in mind for my next playing card orders!

Card Mafia Does Not Deliver

Card Mafia issued these decks, advertising they have a security sticker, and they do not. Card Mafia’s response is that the stickers were not ready, and if you wanted decks with the promised stickers, you could buy them again when they come out as a set. To be fair, the cards are great, just not the company behind them
