NoMad Playing Cards
NoMad Playing Cards were produced in collaboration with The NoMad Hotel in
The Tuckcase - SHIELDED IN GOLD AND BLACK FOIL
NoMad Playing Cards were inspired by actual architectural elements of The NoMad Hotel. From the fireplace in the lower level to the hotel’s signature phrase: “Made Nice". The back design, when rotated laterally, forms the shape of an eye - a gentle nod to the Latin phrase at the top and bottom of each card: "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder." Even the interior of the box has a pattern branded with The NoMad logo. No detail was left untouched.
Distressed Faces - AUTHENTIC VINTAGE DESIGN
Designed by Chad Michael, the deck features a custom vintage design, reimagined Jokers, a gold embossed tuck case - and a stamp bearing the seal of The State of New York. Authentic distressed faces and realistic textures make the cards look like they’ve been passed down from generation to generation.
These are super clsssy. The matte black Tuckbox with metallic gold looks outstanding.
The cards are handsome and handle really well
How do they do it? The Theory11 tuck boxes have to be the best you can get, and this is one of their top ones. The back of the box is especially stylish, with an ornate pattern and design that looks very original. Full interior printing inside the box with gold foil? - of course!
The black and white card backs look a little mundane compared with the box, but are still impressive, given the elegant pattern. Once again the overall deck is standard looking for the face cards, but the courts use gold metallic ink to add to the look of style. Very nice deck!
