NPH in collaboration with Theory 11 produced an absolutely awesome deck. The deck handles beautifully, and the design is stellar. NPH should be proud that his first foray into playing cards is this masterpiece. I do enjoy the puzzle aspect that this deck of card yields. I myself am not that big of a puzzler, but for those that love unlocking mysteries, adds extra depth to this deck. That aside, the deck is just awesome to have. Good job T11 and NPH!
This is a beautiful deck. NPH and Theory 11 have really outdone themselves. I can't wait to spend some more time with these cards, so I can explore the secrets and symbolism that are promised.
I absolutely love these cards. The design is beautiful, and they handle great. Figuring out the puzzle was a highlight as well.
I enjoy the design, it's a bit too busy on the design factor but it's still nice. The metallic ink is a nice touch and the pips are nicely designed. I love simplicity in design but these are more complicated, a well-designed deck of cards should be something one can explain. For example, David Blaine's Red Lions are simple, the back design is a bunch of neatly arranged db spade logos. The back design on these cards are cool, but I can't fully explain them. They feel great, they look ok. good for magic.
This is a very well designed deck, thanks to it's namesake, Neil Patrick Harris. Unbeknownst to many, Neil is not only an actor, he's also a magician, so he designed the deck to be used by magicians. The back design is gorgeous and intricate, one of Theory 11's best. The handling is superb, cards are beautiful. The jokers are a pair of eyes, and of course there's a fun puzzle to solve, stemming from the two "ad" cards, but mostly completed online. There was a contest, which is long over, but you can still try to figure out the puzzle... which is a fantastic bonus to an already great deck. Lots of fun, I highly recommend the NPH deck.
