MMD #1 Comic Playing Cards

Very Rare Out of Print

The World's first comic deck series is here! This one of a kind deck has been in the works for 10 years, and now De'vo has made this amazing project a reality. Nothing like this has ever been done before by the USPCC - or anyone else that we know of. This deck will rock your world! Amazing artwork by comic artist Jay Noble Peteranetz. The same stock and finish as De'vo's Blades, and the back forms a poster sized comic! Each image was hand drawn and inked. Many of the weapons/illusions were first created in 3D, then used as reference material for the artist. This has been a huge project and is a first in the history of cards. Don't miss out on this Limited Edition cover of the very first edition of this comic!

The Start of an Interesting concept

It's pretty ambitious to create a playing card series that doubles as a comic strip. It goes to say that it's VERY impractical for gameplay, cardistry, or magic, BUT for collectors or playing card/comic enthusiasts it's pretty cool. The backs of the cards, when put in order tell a story. The card faces are pretty unique and have custom courts, which is a nice touch.

This concept is great, i would use it as a deck of cards but frame it up as a uncut sheet and read the comic ! Really innovative concept
