MAKERS Blacksmith Playing Cards

Luxury playing cards made true by The D&D Playing Card Co., MAKERS: Blacksmith Edition is the most intricate and luxurious deck in our catalogue.

Similar to the original MAKERS released last year in green, this new black colorway features some updates to the court cards and a new gold-foil interior tuck case.

Each tuck case has been embossed and stamped with layers of gold and silver foiling. The result is nothing short of breathtaking. Out of the box, conjurors and collectors alike will enjoy 14 custom-illustrated court cards representing the foundational "makers" upon which civilization has been built. To us, these individuals are the pillars of unparalleled craftsmanship: something that we hold in the highest regard. MAKERS is both a tribute and a celebration.

MAKERS is printed by the U.S. Playing Card Co. using an exclusive "crushed stock" process to create a more refined and lighter deck of playing cards.

Absolutely incredible tuck box!

The tuck box of this deck is amazing, with elegant gold foil stamped all over the black box in intricate lines that create a look of sheer beauty and class, both inside and out. Silver foil is also used, allowing special words and phrases to pop out. A larger-than-standard stamp used to seal the tuck, with its handwritten font, makes it look super classy. The inside of the tuck case is also magnificent - gold foil is stamped throughout in the same elegant swirls and lines as on the outside, and combines together to create an absolutely exquisite tuck case. Oh, and the cards are great too! - BoardgameGeek reviewer EndersGame

Gorgeous

This is just a beautiful deck. But the tuck box is even more beautiful. This deck is possibly too beatiful because I’m scared to play with it too much. But it sure looks good on a shelf.
