Kitten Club Cat Playing Cards Cartamundi
Everything about this delightful deck of cards will make a pleasant conversational gambit during a friendly game of chance with your feline friends. This all-in-one box of exquisite visual invention will please you again and again. A perfect little gift, too!
2017 Release
The cat companion to the Pack of dogs deck is equally creative. They do not handle as well as they don't glide smoothly. Great for any cat lover but not really for anything else
These cards were actually a gift, but they were incredibly hard to give away! The suit transformation for each suit was too cute for words. Even the person I gifted these too was impressed with the mini story told through the artists drawings for the Non-court cards. They were even able to do a magic trick with these cards after only having them for 5 minutes, using a fun reveal on the joker.
I'm a big fan of transformation decks, so I was surprised I'd never come across the work of John Littleboy before, and immediately had to order these when I saw they were available here. But Littleboy has produced several great transformation decks, including Pack of Dogs, Kitten Club, Mermaid Queen, and Bag of Bones. The number cards are my favourites, because the pips have cleverly been incorporated into a larger art piece, in the case of this deck (Kitten Club) they all feature a cat. Each suit has a progressive image, so they don't feel totally unique from each other, but more like a series of consecutive snap shots. This deck is one of my favourites, and I like the artwork even more than the Pack of Dogs deck.
