Keepers Sea Green Playing Cards Cartamundi
Keepers Sea Green Playing Cards
Sea Green Keeper Card Decks are the third in the popular 'Keepers' series of playing cards. Conceived by Adam Wilber and brought ashore by Oban Jones, Keepers are quite possibly the rider-backs of the future.
A beautifully classic design that stays quiet while your magic does the talking.
Created with the worker in mind, Keepers feel spectacular right out of the box. As a professional, you want a deck to instantly feel comfortable in your hands, as an extension of you.
Printed on Cartamundi's famed B9 stock for durability, witha true linen finish, these feel as soft as the splash of a gentle ocean wave and outlast any deck we've ever put it head-to-head against.
Keepers set a new expectation for what an everyday deck should feel like.
Voyage with a skipper you can trust.
2018 Release
I really like these cards! The shade of green *pops* off the cards and especially the box. The box material is sturdier than Bicycle's and doesn't dent easily at the corners. The back design is as intricate as Bicycle's, but I actually like the look of it better. Perhaps the fact that it resembles a Bicycle back but is different enough to provide a fresh look pushes it over the top. Goes great with other nautical-themed decks!
I love my blue keepers because the color doesn't make people question if it's a trick deck. These handle like a dream and feel like silk in my hands. The green is not a bright color and no one has questioned the deck, but I have had a few people ask where to get some to play with.
I bought these after I had received the red marked deck, and fell in love with the feel of the keeper cards. These will be a great deck to use with my retired Navy friends, or anytime I don’t want to use the marked ones. Another great all around deck for magic or card play!
If you have the blue keepers, then you will be very familiar to the style of cards. If you're not familiar, just know that this cards are a nice deck of cards. The cards feel very smooth and handle well. I can shuffle, faro, cut the cards with ease. The cards also have magicians in mind as they come with a duplicate card as well as duplicate jokers. This is an Ellusionist deck and this deck is definitely a worker for magicians.
These are meant to evoke your standard deck, the Rider Back Bicycles that everyone has, and they do so successfully. They have their own theme, the lighthouse keeper, which looks great. These feel like a Bicycle+, similar feel, but just a little bit smoother. These could replace your standard deck, you would be perfectly happy playing games or doing tricks with Keepers. I used this as my practice deck for about a month, I just loved how it handled. After extensive use, it finally started clumping, but zero complaints...I got more than my morbid l money's worth, and I will definitely be getting more.
