Hoyle Standard Red & Blue Deck Set
Hoyle® playing cards have long set the standard for playing cards. True to the legacy of Edmund Hoyle, we make every deck of Hoyle® playing cards using custom coatings and paper of the highest quality, so you’re always ready for game night.
The Hoyle® Standard Deck features:
• Custom paper using a proprietary lamination process for durability
•
Great looking deck, I'm very happy with my purchase.
I'm a fan of sets because I feel they add variety whenever you want to use them (whether it be gaming, magic, or cardistry). As mentioned in other reviews of the deck, the Hoyle brand is excellent for gameplay. The durability helps it go through many uses. I believe the coating and use of "Nevada finish" is to emphasize being able to withstand moisture better than traditional coatings. Also, I forgot to mention that I love the court cards. It has shades of Bicycle style resemblances, but is different. Whenever cards change up the style of Court cards from traditional Bicycles, I'm a fan. If you gravitate towards a particular color deck then get the one you prefer, otherwise, it's better (and cheaper) to get both as a set.
