House Blend Bicycle Playing Cards
Celebrate America's passionate coffee Obsession with Bicycle playing cards house blend, a deck that brings the coffeehouse experience home to you. Each of the cards has been fresh brewed in our factory to infuse your card playing experience with the feel of your local coffee house! printed on premium Bicycle brand cardstock.
2018 Release.
This deck is perfect when it comes to matching the color and feel of mocha or coffee. The colors, and even the light and dark brown colors, make this deck feel so perfect. This feels like the deck that goes so well with coffee, and this was spot-on. A must buy, and also, an amazing video that came with it.
The Houseblend cards don't disappoint. They are precisely what you'd expect from USPCC stock. The graphics have a high contrast punch to them as one could expect from a strong cup of coffee. The clubs and spades cards, as one should expect are printed with dark brown ink while the hearts and diamonds cards are printed with a lighter brown ink, making discernment between the two easier (nice touch). The court cards contain some nice mint green highlights to break things up a bit. This only things missing are the typical gaff cards that come with many decks, but that's not a big deal if you looking for a deck for just playing games. The other minor thing I didn't like is all the copyright text printed on the back of the box; it makes the box look cheap. They could have printed that on a card included in the box. That being said, this would be a nice deck for any starter collection.
The Houseblend cards are basically what you'd expect from an in-house USPCC deck - they handle nicely, the art is crisp, and they will withstand about the same amount of play and use as any other Bicycle deck should. You're buying them for the beautiful backs, the muted color palette, and the lightly remixed colors on the courts. These are great to keep around in the kitchen, or to reinforce any coffee themed things you have going on. A must for any caffeine addict.
This deck feels just as great as any other bike and has a nice theme to it. Great for any collection :)
A nice deck. A good gift for a coffee drinker or yourself if you like coffee like I do. A nice deck to bring to a quiet coffee shop with a friend. Nothing spectacular about the deck, but a nice deck.
