Fontaine Fever Dream: Decoder Playing Cards USPCC

This is a nice novelty deck. I love the retro concept, it brings back childhood memories. It is USPCC quality as expected, but the one I got was missing the Top Secret decoder which is a huge bummer and is the main selling point of this deck hence the two stars. I can build my own decoder, but I rather have the original one for my collection.

Edit: Playing Card Decks promptly responded with outstanding customer service although they are unable to provide the decoder window.
