I ordered 2 sets. Unfortunately one of the boxes was damaged. I contacted customer support and supplied images of the damage. Less than 20 mins later a replacement was on the way. I do believe the damage happened before shipping, because PCD always does a great job with packaging. Very pleased with the way this was handled.
