Alhambra Playing Cards

Alhambra Playing Cards

Available in 2 editions, not sold as a set

Alhambra Playing Cards was inspired by the geometric patterns in the Alhambra Palace in Spain. The cards were designed by Alex Konahin.

The stock and unique finish allow for smooth handling and durability.

The borders are symmetrical, and the edges are cut perfectly, which makes faro shuffles easy, straight out of the box.

Alhambra Playing Cards comes in two different versions: the Standard Edition and the Special Edition.

Each deck contains a custom Ace of Spades, two custom Jokers, a blank card and a double backer. They come printed in Mnemonica. There are several secret features hidden in the deck.

Truly exquisite deck, look and feel

The art by Alex Konahin is amazing. The details, even in the small scrollwork show up clearly and beautifully--that goes for the card backs as well as the tuck box which is downright amazing with the silver embossing on it. There are plenty of fine details there as well. Court cards are mostly standard with some Islamic style elements in there. The feel of the cards by Twpcc is out of this world too. They are slippery and springy and it almost feels like there's a fine oil on your hands after handling them. I highly suggest grabbing this deck while you can. It is the favorite of my collection so far.
