1900 Series Red Marked Bicycle Playing Cards
1900 Series Red Marked Bicycle Playing Cards
A September 2020 Pip Box Club Selection - For more information on joining Pip Box Club click here.
What would a deck of cards look like if it survived over a century?
Two world wars, nineteen presidents, the Titanic’s maiden voyage, man’s first steps on the moon, McDonald’s selling its first burger, new Coke, Woodstock, and countless other historic events.
The Red Bicycle 1900s Deck looks like it’s been weathered and abused, exposed to the elements, left to experience every second for over a hundred years.
But these cards are an illusion in themselves, because they may look very old, but they handle superbly. You have to keep telling yourself, this is a new deck of cards.
The faultless follow-up to the ever-popular 1800s deck, the 1900s deck is full of secrets and history.
Finally available in Red Bicycle Rider Back, you'll quickly understand why these cards set the new standard when you start using them yourself.
Grab a piece of history.
2020 Release
These are easily a favorite of mine along with the blue deck, the aged look is too cool and the markings are so subtle and unnoticeable unless you know what you’re looking for.
However, I did end up playing memory with my kids and they’re convinced I’m absolutely SICK at that game.
This deck is awesome. The aging looks really good and looks fairly realistic. Personally, I prefer the blue version of this deck, but this one is great as well.
The colored Rider Back decks are an obvious must have to any Bicycle collector. I've been focused on other decks, always Bicycle, but I'm starting to build the colored decks collection, so I bought these and the yellow ones and I'm very amused and it's always cool to see the Rider Back in other colors.
Mine came with three gaff cards, one blank face, one double backer and a green/red back.
Why design a very-used look? Love the jokers, but otherwise the deck just looks like a grimy Bicycle deck. Feels and handles great
This is a the same as the other deck, just with a different back. If you like complicated marking systems that take time to master, then this is definitely for you. That being said, the art style and feel of the is deck is definitely unique and takes you back to the early 1900s. The theme definitely could be felt in this deck. Check this deck out!
