Vintage Classic Bicycle Playing Cards
How would you like to show your friends or audience an extremely old, worn-out deck that is brand new? They will be fascinated!
Introducing Bicycle Vintage Classic Playing Cards! This deck of playing cards looks like it has been locked up for nearly a century, waiting for someone to come along and rediscover it. The intricate casing has aged beautifully as the tuck has yellowed but the red has kept its vibrant color through the years. This deck of playing cards is printed by Bicycle and produced by Collectable Playing Cards.
Bicycle Playing Cards has been around for a long long time, but never before has there been such a wonderfully crafted, simplistic design that portrays the way cards used to be. The Bicycle Vintage deck's emblem appears to resemble an old-time secret society, with the spade as its symbol.
The Aces have gone through a lot of aging, but you can still make out the amazing artwork.
The court cards are aged in a standard manner, and bare the worn-out look from constant usage.
The Jokers are filled with anticipation for someone to finally show them the light of day once more.
The numbered cards show much of the same vintage look, along with crisp, easy-to-read pips.
Have fun watching people's stunned surprise upon seeing this marvelous deck!
2017 Release.
The vintage classic Reproduction are a fantastic addition to my growing vintage collection. I really enjoy using them for poker games and just for the novelty of them. I enjoy how they feel like I imagine they did during first print, maybe a bit stiffer. Out of my collection of vintage sets, this is my favorite due to the packaging alone. They don't have the gritty feel some other vintage repos have. I like the look of the backs as well, the artwork is something to be admired. Overall a nice deck well worth the price.
These cards are great if you like things that take you back in time. They have the look of used, dusty playing cards from days gone by.
These cards have a really cool kinda old west look. They look dirty ant tattered, but the familiar bicycle feel! The best part about this deck is the double backer card. Great for several magic tricks. I keep this deck loaded for 2-card monte.
I picked this deck up just because it was Bicycle brand knowing it would have the typical great quality. What I did not know is that I would really enjoy the design it has. When playing with them, it takes you back to sitting in a saloon playing cards in the old West. This would be a great addition to any collection!
The aged/vintage artwork has been expertly designed by Johnny Whaam. The use of aged parchment look and feel contrasted with the deep red-toned color is siiiiiick. The art, particularly the aces, seems like what I would imagine a deck from times gone by would look like. Looks great, feels killer and is all around a favorite deck around my place for poker night. A must have!
