8-Bit Original Playing Cards

This is an all-around excellent deck. The cards handle great; the paper is smooth and solid; the box design looks like an old game cartridge; the pips are really cute; and all of the court cards have unique 8-bit illustrations, some of traditional figures (e.g. suicide king) and others representing video game monsters. It looks great in my collection display.

This deck makes me think back to the childhood days in my life playing Nintendo and having fun. Great deck theme.

I was shopping around PCD and saw there were only 2 of these left in stock so I scooped them up. I love how the designer mimicked the game cartridges back in the day. I'm picking up the gold themed one very soon!
