THE CARDS
For over two years, COPAG 310 was developed by working closely together with expert players, cardists, and magicians. The exclusive TRUE LINEN B9 FINISH of the COPAG 310 deck ensures supreme handling and longevity. It has been developed specifically in the pursuit of the perfect sleight and the ultimate flourish. This finish is the result of intense R&D and more than 300 prototypes, tried and tested. This to create a deck ready to use straight out of the box. The soft but springy nature of the cards, and the smoothness of handling, lie in a carefully constructed balance between stock, coating, linen finish and cutting. Tailored to your needs.
THE NUMBER
We could state 310 is bound to 3/10, the 3rd of October -- the first time TRUE LINEN B9 FINISH went into production.
Some might think 310 has a reference to Ancient Greek numerology.
Magicians might tell you 310 refers to 31/10, World Magic Day.
But what does 310 mean to you?
What's your story?
Try COPAG 310 and feel the difference.
Nice simple gaff deck. It makes many tricks easy to do especially ultimate Monte. It is pretty boring, with just basic gaff cards.
If you have the Copag 310 decks, the gaffs here will fit nicely with those decks, so you can switch in some cards for magic. Cards are here for many classic effects, including the gaffs for tricks like Ultimate Three Card Monte, MacDonald's Aces, B'Wave, and Twisted Sisters. If you have the Ammar Easy to Master Card Miracles DVDs, then this will also give you the cards you need for his routines Factory Misprints (Vol 4) and Paramount (Vol 5), which are bonus effects on those videos but don't come with the gaffs in the newer editions. There's also half a dozen blank backed cards (8/9/10/J/Q/K Spades), and double facers. Not all are useful - e.g. there's seven double-facers which are identical on both sides (10/J/Q/K Diamonds + J/Q/K Clubs). There's also a couple of cards with reveals, several double backers, and some blank facers / blank backs. Overall a strong mix of good gaffs for standard effects.
Great
Not too many choices but really good quality.
The gaffs for ultimate 3 card Monte are my favorite
Compared to other gaff decks these are very economical! I'm now in a mode of buying Copag 310s to add to my magic bag of tricks. The other 310 trick decks are also very competitively priced compared to bicycles trick decks. I have yet to buy the Svengali deck but I will soon based on reviews of how well they are cut. I've gotten some badly cut bikes in the past.
The sleeves that enclose standard tuck cases is a huge plus too!
Hoping for and looking forward to the Gaff II decks!
