Fireflies Bicycle Playing Cards

There is nothing more special than sitting out on the porch during a warm summer night and watching fields of fireflies... until now. We are here to bring the magic of those summer nights to you with the Bicycle Fireflies Playing Cards by Collectible Playing Cards. This custom design will surely stand out in your collection as an instant favorite.

The tuck case design was created to make the fireflies really stand out. We incorporated a pitch-black backdrop and used neon greens and yellows to spot the stunning glow effect. In the center, we decided to incorporate the classic spade with a silver accent, which goes nicely with the overall look of the deck.

We created the card backs with 3 glowing orbs, which gives them a tantalizing optical perspective. We continued with the neon theme along with two little fireflies shining their lights. In addition, we added some golds and silvers to the back for more life.

The court cards are standard gold and black, but they also contain the neon specks of flies.

For the numbered cards, we went all out with hundreds of specks of fireflies slowly expanding from the center to the brim.

You'll love how all these special touches come together in a realistic way!

Fireflies Deck by Bicycle

This deck looks amazing, I do have a few things that I would've changed personally. But overall a good deck.

Bicycle put another cool deck out, I think they did a good job on this, the green fireflies look cool on the front but can over power the face cards orange-gold tint. I'd prefer if they did a silver or black face outline card instead of the orange-gold color they used on this deck. The back of the card looks super cool, love the way they did it. It feels and performs like any other Bicycle card (Amazing), Bicycle is still is one of my most favorite deck of cards (maybe even my most favorite deck of cards I own)

Again, I love this deck, I think it is a super cool idea, they maybe could've changed the color of face cards but it still looks and performs good.

Very Underrated Cards

At first the design didn’t look like anything special, but this deck is amazing for collectors and cardists alike. The back design and faces are all custom and had tons of work put into it. This changed from an ugly deck to one of my favorite decks now.

Fireflies

The few times I've seen fireflies or lightning bugs (always while traveling, I wish they were around here, but alas, they don't seem to be...) I found them to be magical. These cards are kind of magical. They are certainly unlike any other. It may not be my favorite deck, but I know someone that cherishes this deck above all others. Going to change my review from four to five stars, just for that reason. Of course they are Bicycle quality and decent cards. Probably a bit much for Texas Hold 'Em nights, but still great to look at and show around.

Try Under a Blacklight!

"Born and baptized" in the south, I've got a fondness for fireflies. This deck did not disappoint. Beautifully designed with expert use of the neon colors and silver. If you've not tried playing with these (or doing card magic, if that's your bag) under a black light, do yourself a favor and try it out! When I picked these up, I didn't think I would love them as much as I did; I was just getting them to increase my collection. Boy, was I wrong. This is one of my all-time favorite decks. Get 'em!!!

Good cards with a decent design

The Bicycle Fireflies were my first deck of cards starting cardistry and i can say they're pretty great. The tuck box is well designed with fireflies on the inner flap and adorned with beautiful gold foil around the lettering on the front, top and sides. It also has very tactile embossing on the spade on the front of the tuck box, also the stamp is a standard affair Black spade (on mine at least). The cards feel great in the hand, as they should be being made by the USPCC. The back design is very interesting with a triple circular pattern in shades of green, white, black, and bronze details, I think it would look a lot better if it was borderless. The faces of the cards are green with a firefly pattern all over them. The court cards have the same firefly and green pattern with the actual court positions themselves being in a singular bronze like color, also the Ace of spades is the same as on the front of the tuck box. The jokers are identical except for color, so they're good as gaff cards and it also includes a double backer and an ad card. 4.5/5 only because of the border on the backs, and the faces of the cards are a little overwhelming with the green firefly color scheme.
