RECURRING PAYMENT OPTIONS
Both the Small Blind Subscription Box and the Big Blind Subscription Box will include several recurring payment options:
- Ongoing: If you would like your subscription box to arrive every 1 month, choose this option on the drop-down. You will be billed every month until you decide to cancel your subscription.
- 3 Months: If you would like to subscribe to 3 boxes (once a month for 3 months), then choose this option on the drop-down. You will be charged once a month for 3 months and it will expire after the 3 months is up.
- 6 Months: If you would like to subscribe to 6 boxes (once a month for 6 months), then choose this option on the drop-down. You will be charged once a month for 6 months and it will expire after the 6 months is up.
- 12 Months: If you would like to subscribe to 12 boxes (once a month for 12 months), then choose this option on the drop-down. You will be charged once a month for 12 months and it will expire after the 12 months is up.
- 24 Months: If you would like to subscribe to 24 boxes (once a month for 24 months), then choose this option on the drop-down. You will be charged once a month for 24 months and it will expire after the 24 months is up.
**PLEASE NOTE: All of these options can be prepaid (read below to find out more about prepayment options) EXCEPT the ongoing subscription option, which bills you once a month until you choose to cancel. As you can see in the image below, the prepay for your subscription option is crossed out when choosing ongoing option.
PREPAID PAYMENT OPTIONS
Both the Small Blind and Big Blind Subscription Boxes can be paid in advanced or “prepaid.” If you choose either the 3 month, 6 month, 12 month, or 24 month options you can check the box that reads “Prepay for your subscription.” It will give you the total cost of the box for the entire subscription period you have chosen. You can pay this upfront all at once rather than getting billed once a month.
If you choose to NOT check the “Prepay for your subscription” box, then you will only pay for the first month at checkout, and subsequently will be billed once a month following until your chosen subscription period is up (this is the recurring payment above).
If you are looking to purchase this as a gift, you may only do so under the prepaid option. Once you click "prepay for subscription" you will see a box that says "is this a gift?" Click that if so. Remember to enter YOUR billing information, but the person you are gifting this too's SHIPPING address.
**PLEASE NOTE: This prepaid option is completely optional.
HOW CHECKOUT WORKS WITH RECURRING PAYMENTS VS. PREPAID PAYMENTS
Checking out with recurring payments and prepaid payments differs slightly.
If you choose either the Ongoing, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 24 months RECURRING PAYMENT options you will be able to click “Add To Cart” as you normally would when purchasing any other product. You may continue shopping and add any additional products (non-subscription box) to your cart and checkout as normal.
However, if you choose the 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 24 months PREPAY FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION option, then you will see the “Complete Subscription” Box instead. With the prepaid options, you will have to complete and pay for your subscription first. After that is finished, if you choose to shop around for additional, non-pip box items, then you may do so as you normally would. With prepaid options, they cannot be combined with other items in your cart at this time.
SHIPPING RATES/SHIPPING ADDRESSES
The prices on the Small Blind and Big Blind Subscription always ship free! The box prices will differ based on the shipping country you choose on the drop-down.
Since we already have shipping rates in place for all other items on our website, we have configured the Pip Box Club shipping rates a little differently.
If you are only purchasing either the Small Blind or Big Blind Subscription Boxes regardless of the subscription length, the shipping will always be free. However, to have this reflect on the checkout, we had to set these single items to “Does Not Require Shipping.” This was the only way to bypass our shipping rates already set in place.
If you choose a recurring payment option and also add other non pip-box items to your cart, then you will be able to checkout normally and enter your shipping address. However, please note that if your other items (non pip box subscription) are under the minimum shipping rate for your country, you will still be charged that shipping rate. (i.e. if your total excluding pip box subscription is $45, this is under the $50 threshold for free shipping and therefore you will be billed the $3.99 standard shipping rate). This shipping rate will only apply to additional items added to your cart, as mentioned above the Pip Box Subscription is ALWAYS FREE SHIPPING!
In order to keep the Pip Box Club Subscription Boxes as cost effective and logistically possible, as well as keep them at the free shipping rate, we are unable to offer any promo codes or discounts on these boxes.
If you have received any promotional code you may use this on any other item(s) on our website, however, they will not be able to be applied to the Pip Box Club Subscription Box at this time.
But don’t fret; if you do choose a subscription, you will receive great deals and exclusive specials inside your box every month!
HOW TO MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION
In order to join the Pip Box Club and purchase a subscription you MUST first have an account on our website.
Once you’ve created an account and purchased a subscription, you may access it on the login page. Simply login to your account and you will see a “Manage Subscription” field. Click that and you will be taken to your subscription manager.
From here you will be able to see everything associated with your subscription. You will be able to manage everything from payments, pausing subscription, canceling, updating payment information, and billing.
HOW TO PAUSE SUBSCRIPTION
Let’s say you are going to be out of town and won’t be able to receive your subscription box. You can simply pause and skip a specific order and it will continue as normal when you choose so.
To pause and skip an order, login to your account on PlayingCardDecks.com and click “manage subscription.” From there you will be able to click the “manage” button next to your subscription. On the drop-down choose “upcoming orders.” You will see all the scheduled shipments in your subscription. You will be able to choose which shipment you want to skip by simply clicking on “skip order.”
HOW TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
To cancel a subscription, login to your account on PlayingCardDecks.com and click “manage subscription.” From there you will be able to click the “manage” button next to your subscription. On the drop-down choose “cancel order.” You will be asked if you would like to cancel, click “yes.” Your subscription will expire immediately.
If you had a prepaid subscription and would like to cancel, you will receive a prorated refund for the remaining months.
**Must cancel by the end of the month in order to NOT receive the next subscription box. If you do not cancel in time, the subscription box will be shipped.
**Shipped Pip Boxes are non-refundable / non-returnable.
**You must join the subscription box by the end of the month, in order to receive your first box in time. If you join within the first week of the month, you will not receive your first box until the following month.
You will be billed on the same day each month. It begins the day you sign up. For example, if you subscribed for the first time on 7th, then you will subsequently be billed every 7th of the month. You can change your billing date under manage subscriptions.
